La Table collects and processes personal data when you use our websites. This privacy policy explains how your information is secure at La Table and how and why we process, collect and store your information.
Collection of personal data:
When you visit latable.dk, we automatically collect information about you and your use of the website: your IP address, your browser, your network location and information about your device. We also use cookies, which you can read more about here.
If you choose to receive our newsletter, we also collect your name, email address and phone number. This requires written consent, which you can withdraw at any time by following the instructions in the newsletter.
We also collect personal data about you if you contact us to book a table or other enquiries by phone, email or other forms of contact, including on Facebook.
We have CCTV in our restaurants to ensure the highest possible security for our guests and employees. The recordings are stored on an encrypted server and are automatically deleted after 15 – 25 days depending on the activity at the location. Our IT supplier can only restore this data upon specific instruction from our data controller.
Purpose of collection:
We collect personal data in order to optimise your user experience of latable.dk and to be able to adapt targeted marketing via Meta and Google, among others.
Collection of personal data in connection with newsletters is necessary for us to deliver newsletters to you with relevant offers and information from La Table.
Personal data collected through your personal contact with La Table via telephone, email or other forms of contact such as Facebook is collected to ensure that the processing of your enquiry can be handled and carried out by La Table.
Collection of personal data in connection with booking a table is collected in order to fulfil the reservation and to contact you regarding your reservation.
Disclosure of personal data:
Information such as name, email address and phone number may be disclosed to partners of Copenhagen Concepts (owners of La Table).
If you book a table on latable.dk, personal data used for the reservation (name, email and phone number) will be transferred to Easy Table Booking
Personal data may be disclosed to external partners who handle personal data on behalf of La Table, including Facebook, Google and Mailchimp. This is done, among other things, to ensure the operation of latable.dk, to perform targeted marketing and to send out newsletters. Data processing agreements have been entered into with all external partners, and no external partners may use personal data for purposes other than those we set up for them.
Some data processors store personal data outside the EU, including in the USA. Data processing agreements with these partners ensure that personal data stored outside the EU is handled correctly and responsibly in accordance with applicable legislation.

Deletion of personal data:

Written consent for e.g. newsletters will be deleted if you withdraw your consent. Personal data may also be deleted if La Table no longer has a purpose for it.
